If pures trusts are so legal why doesn't everybody know about them?
Historically, pure trusts have been around for over 2,000 years and the ultra wealthy have always used them. The constitution of the United States is a form of Pure Trust Organization and therefore pure trusts have been used since the inception of the country. Up until recent times, there was not much need for people to protect their assets from intrusive litigation. But times have changed and society today has gone ‘lawsuit crazy' and government agencies are constantly intruding into the private lives and pockets of its citizens.
It is truly in the governments best interest to keep this information quiet because the constitution FORBIDS government from interfering in the creation or management of pure trusts under Article I, Section 10. ‘Big' government requires ‘big' money and Pure Trust Organizations protect assets and keep the taxman out of peoples pockets. Why would they want you to know? Professionals such as attorneys and accountants are trained in what is known as statutory law or legislative law and pure trusts exist under common law. The government is easily able to control statutory law to their advantage but common law is not so easy to manipulate. An example of a constantly changing statutory system is the IRS tax codes.
To sum up, it is not in the best interest of the government, the legal profession or accounting professionals to let us know about pure trusts. They are the individuals who benefit from the system for their cash flow. We must educate ourselves on how to incorporate pure trusts into our financial portfolio because no one cares more about our finances than us!
